When you arrive, the groundwork is already set. The tent softly lit. The tables dressed. The space ready to hold your story. Our team manages every detail from setup through teardown, so your focus stays on the people and moments that make the day yours.

Explore everything that comes included with your Riverwild celebration.

  • It starts with the place itself. A riverside property that's entirely yours for the weekend, with room for every part of the celebration and every quiet moment in between.

    • Full, exclusive use of the property from Friday at 4PM through Sunday at 11AM.

    • Overnight accommodations for the couple on Friday and Saturday in our private River Cabin, a quiet, light-filled space for getting ready or stepping away.

    • Riverside ceremony and reception spaces for up to 120 guests

    • A 20x60 event tent for dinner, included with your weekend and entirely optional if you'd rather celebrate under the open sky

    • A 20x40 tent for catering and buffet setup

    • An outdoor dance floor beneath the stars

    • Use of the Silo Bar, a signature Riverwild gathering space

    • Firepit with surrounding seating for late-night connection

    • An outdoor kitchen for the gatherings around the wedding. Use it to host your rehearsal dinner barbecue, make a relaxed lunch the day of the wedding, or cook breakfast as newlyweds

    • Optional dry camping and RV accommodations for guests who want to stay and celebrate

  • Every Riverwild celebration begins with one of four signature design collections. Bloom, Modern River, Terra, or Evergreen. Each is thoughtfully composed to create a cohesive visual foundation, layering timeless elements with textures drawn from the surrounding landscape. Each collection includes:

    • Your choice of wooden farm tables or round tables (or a combination of both!) for your reception

    • A sweetheart table for the two of you, set a little apart and styled to match your collection

    • Black or white chairs, or bench seating

    • Wooden benches for ceremony or reception seating

    • Complete tablescapes for all of your guest tables, featuring ceramic plates, glassware, and metal flatware.

    • Candles and accent pieces that add depth, warmth, and dimension

    • Coordinated linens and napkins selected to complement the palette

    • Full setup and teardown handled by our onsite team

  • Full access to our curated styling library, with larger foundational and statement pieces to shape the space, including:

    • Ceremony and table arches

    • Barrel bar

    Our in-house floral design can be added to any collection, bringing the beauty of the landscape into every space. From lush ceremony installations to gathered table arrangements, each design feels natural and abundant, inspired by the tones and textures of the land around us.

    When in season, flowers come directly from the Riverwild floral garden and local growers, complemented by thoughtfully sourced blooms to keep every design true to the vision.

    Charcuterie

    From the first pour at cocktail hour to a relaxed grazing dinner, Riverwild creates handcrafted charcuterie displays designed to feel artful, abundant, and rooted in local flavor. Layered with seasonal ingredients and natural textures, each display invites guests to gather, graze, and linger.
