 The Beginning

It started here, along the river.

A brown wave pattern on a black background.

We kept imagining the same thing. Couples arriving here, surrounded by the people they love, with nowhere else to be. No noise. No rush. Just the day, exactly as it should feel.

That's where Riverwild took root. Not as a venue with inventory to rent, but as an experience built from the ground up. When every detail is already taken care of, every linen, candle, and texture chosen with care, you get something rare.

Space to be fully present.

A note from Carisa & Alyssa

A beige wavy line on a black background.

Riverwild didn't start with a business plan. It started with a feeling. We're both married. We both remember the planning. The excitement that slowly turned into logistics. The months we'd looked forward to quietly becoming a checklist to survive.

We both came out the other side thinking the same thing: it shouldn't be this hard to enjoy the best season of your life.

And then there was this land. Carisa got married here, beside this river, under these trees. And something about that day planted a seed neither of us could shake. What if other couples could walk into a place where everything was already beautiful, already gathered, already theirs? Where the only thing left to do was show up and feel it? That question became late-night conversations, then real plans, then dirt under our fingernails. We are building Riverwild by hand, together, and we are building it for you. Every stone we lay, every collection we curate, every detail we fuss over exists because we remember what it feels like to be where you are right now.

We can't wait to meet you. We can't wait to hear your story. And we can't wait to watch you walk through this place on the best day of your life and feel exactly what we hoped you would.

With so much love,

Carisa & Alyssa

The woman is wearing a lace wedding dress, and the man is dressed casually in a brown shirt with a black vest.

Venue Owner / Co-Founder

Married to Andy, mom to two boys, and happiest with her hands in the garden or with something simmering on the stove. Believes every gathering is better with a home-cooked meal and flowers from the yard. The kind of person who makes everyone around her feel taken care of without ever skipping a beat.

Venue Coordinator / Co-Founder

Married to Chris, devoted to her dahlia patch, and incapable of walking past something without wondering if she could build it herself. If there's a DIY version, she's already scheming how to make it. Happiest with a hammer in her hands and a project taking shape in front of her.

We’re here for you, whatever you need.

Whether it’s answering a question, helping you choose a design collection, or just being a calm voice on the other end of the phone.

This is the part we love the most.
