We're currently booking fall 2026 and all of 2027 celebrations. Weekend weddings run Friday through Sunday, and weekday weddings run Monday through Thursday. Reach out and we'll let you know what's open!
-
Up to 120 guests for a weekend or weekday wedding, and up to 25 for a micro wedding or elopement package. If you have a slightly larger group, reach out and we will see what we can do!
-
We ask for a 50% retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding.
-
Yes. We require all couples to carry event insurance for their celebration. It's easy to get, typically very affordable, and protects everyone involved. We can point you in the right direction if you haven't looked into it yet!
Planning
-
A lot, we are proud to say! The full property, the River Cabin with overnight stays for the couple, riverside ceremony and reception spaces, your choice of design collection with complete tablescapes, the styling library (arches, bars, lounge furniture, signage, lighting), an outdoor dance floor, the Silo Bar, the firepit, an outdoor kitchen, and full setup and teardown by our team. The What to Expect page has the complete list.
-
A quiet, light-filled space on the property for getting ready, stepping away during the day, or simply having a place that's yours. It includes overnight accommodations for the couple on Friday and Saturday.
-
Four distinct styles, each a complete setting built from timeless pieces. Bloom (soft, romantic, airy), Modern River (minimal, clean, timeless), Terra (warm, grounded, golden), and Evergreen (lush, wooded, glowing). Each collection includes tablescapes, linens, candles, glassware, flatware, and accent pieces. You choose the one that feels like you, and it's included in your package. See them all on the Collections page.
-
The tent! It's already included as part of your weekend package, so if the weather shifts, the celebration simply moves under the canvas without a single extra cost or panicked phone call. Idaho weather is unpredictable. We planned for that.
-
The property is rural and private, but we do ask that any amplified music be turned down to a conversational level after midnight. The hanging out and celebrating can continue!
-
Yes, as an optional addition. Our in-house floral design uses blooms grown right in the Riverwild garden when in season, along with locally sourced flowers to keep every arrangement true to your collection's palette. It's a beautiful complement, but never required. You're also welcome to bring your own florist.
-
We handle this on a case-by-case basis. We love a good dog moment at a wedding, so reach out and let's talk about what you're envisioning. We'll figure it out together.
Venue
-
Weekend weddings include exclusive access from Friday at 4PM through Sunday at 11AM. Weekday weddings include the same two-night stay, Monday through Thursday. The property is entirely yours for the duration. No other events, no shared spaces, no clock running.
-
Yes! Fully plumbed restrooms and showers are being added to the Riverwild property in 2027.
-
Yes, all of our packages include a 20×60 dinner tent and a 20×40 catering tent. They are yours to use if you would like, or skip entirely if you'd rather celebrate under the open sky. Either way, they are there and ready for you!
-
We're happy to talk through any accessibility needs your guests may have. Reach out and we'll work together to make sure everyone is comfortable.
-
We're a peaceful 30-minute drive from Cambridge, Idaho. About an hour from McCall, and just under two hours from Boise. Far enough to feel away from it all, close enough that everyone you love can get there.
Logistics
-
We offer in-house charcuterie and grazing displays as an optional addition, but for full catering, couples bring in their own caterer. We're happy to share our list of trusted local catering partners who know the property well, or you're welcome to bring someone you already love.
-
All alcohol for the day of the wedding must be purchased through and served by a licensed business with the proper beer and wine or liquor license. The good news is that we have a wonderful local option we recommend!
-
Yes. Riverwild has ample parking for your guests on site.
-
We've gathered a list of nearby lodging options for every style and budget, from a five-bedroom house in Cambridge to a riverside yurt to a modern mountain retreat near Mundo Hot Springs. Some guests camp right here on the property. Visit our For Your Guests page for the full list.
-
Yes! We offer dry camping and RV accommodations for guests who want to stay close. It's one of the best parts of the weekend. Waking up beside the river with the people you celebrated with the night before is something special.
-
Absolutely! We have a preferred vendor list for catering, photography, music, florals, and more, and every vendor on it knows the property and shares our standards. But you are always welcome to bring your own team. Your vision, your people, welcome here!
